High-efficiency wood-burning fireplace boiler for heating and domestic hot water

The Carinci Innovativo 2.0 fireplace boiler is a compact, high-efficiency heat generator designed for home heating and domestic hot water production (DHW).

Featuring top lighting and a water-bath combustion chamber, it can be connected to various types of heating systems, both with traditional radiators and with storage tanks, offering great installation versatility.

The Carinci Innovativo 2.0 is the result of careful design research and particular attention to the choice of materials and the manufacture of every component. The entire production process is monitored at every stage, from design and material selection through assembly and final testing.

Each fireplace boiler is also subjected to a hydraulic pressure test to verify its reliability before being marketed.

Water-bath combustion chamber

The water-jacketed combustion chamber of the Carinci Innovative 2.0 heating fireplace is made externally and internally of pickled carbon steel; the cavity between the two walls contains water for heating, while the plinth on the inner side is made of 1710°C refractory material, 6 cm high, necessary for proper combustion and minimal unburnt residue in the lower corners.

The water-jacketed combustion chamber technology enables optimal combustion with any type of wood while minimizing pollutant emissions.

Combustion chamber base, 11 cm thick

The base of the combustion chamber is made of certified 1710°C dense silica-matrix refractory bricks for cooking ovens. For this reason, you can also enjoy delicious barbecues inside the heating fireplace in complete safety, preserving the traditions of the past. In all our heating fireplaces, the refractory bricks are positioned vertically to form an 11 cm thickness, improving not only the already exceptional performance of the heating fireplace but also ensuring greater solidity of the firebed, guaranteeing long-lasting durability.
