The cooking chamber is made of stainless steel while the external structure is made of steel treated with high-temperature paints to ensure maximum resistance to heat, weather and rust.

The ability to cook directly on the stone inside the combustion chamber allows it to be used exactly as with a professional oven.

A valve located on the flue allows you to adjust the amount of smoke and heat released, thus controlling the temperature as needed. A built-in thermometer allows you to monitor the internal temperature.

With GENIAL by Dielle you can choose, at any time, between wood/pellet or gas cooking by simply replacing the burner.
