It is equipped with FIRE CORE ® : an innovative system capable of shielding the thermal radiation coming from the coal and managing the control of fumes and heat in the cooking chamber via the upper and lower dampers, further improving the cooking of your dishes.

The Low & Slow cooking method involves cooking for several hours at low temperatures. This cooking method is typical of smokers, who, thanks to the addition of smoke, give the prepared food a soft and delicate texture and, above all, a very strong and intense aromatic note.
