We were not born on the Internet.
On the Internet, we have simply brought more than forty years of experience online!

Bieffe Shop was therefore not created as a simple online store. It is our way of bringing to the Internet the experience gained through over 40 years of hands-on work, making it available even to those hundreds of kilometres from our headquarters.

We have been selling online for over 10 years, but we have known stoves and fireplaces for much, much longer.

Our story began in the province of Treviso and continues today at our headquarters in Caerano di San Marco (TV).

This is where you will find our company, offices, warehouse and, above all, a large showroom with over 100 stoves and fireplaces on display, as well as an area dedicated to outdoor products.

We are therefore not an e-commerce business that buys products from a distributor and resells them without ever having seen them.

Stoves and fireplaces are part of our daily work.

We sell them, install them, light them, configure them, maintain them and, when necessary, repair them.

And it is precisely this experience that we also seek to bring to Bieffe Shop.

A family story

Bieffe is first and foremost a family.

The company was founded by Germano Fornasier, and today the story continues together with his sons Gianpaolo and Andrea, who joined the family business and grew professionally in this sector.

Father and sons, two generations united by the same business and the same passion.

In over forty years, we have seen the heating world change profoundly: from the first fireplaces to modern high-efficiency appliances, from firewood to pellets, from ventilation systems to hydro solutions, and finally to modern gas, electric and bioethanol fireplaces.

In the meantime, regulations, technologies, incentives and, naturally, the way people shop have also changed.

One thing, however, has not changed: the need to know what you are selling.

We are not just sellers. We are stove specialists.

This is a fundamental point for us.

Bieffe is a two-generation chimney-sweep business and has 3 in-house chimney sweeps qualified under Italian Ministerial Decree 37/2008, section C and continuously trained through a FER refresher course every 3 years.

We design, install, and certify biomass systems, stoves, fireplaces, and chimneys.

We handle system design, installations, flue lining, maintenance, chimney cleaning, and video inspections.

We also handle system design and calculations, and deal every day with issues related to draft, combustion, flue gas discharge, installation, and appliance operation.

Why is it important to know this if you are buying online?

Because it means that when you ask us for advice, you are not speaking to someone who is simply reading a product description on a screen.

Behind that answer are people who genuinely know these products.

And after installation, we continue to be there with maintenance, cleaning, servicing, and chimney sweeping services.
