Simplified manual cleaning kit

“FAST CLEANING”

The Eco Power is equipped with spring steel turbulators and an innovative manual cleaning system, which allows the user to clean the heat exchangers quickly and easily. By moving the handle and oscillating the innovative rocker system, the flue gas passages are effectively cleaned.

Practical and fast

ASH COLLECTION DRAWER

The ash drawer of the Eco Power boiler, located in the compartment beneath the grate, collects the ash generated by combustion. Once the container is full, it can be easily removed and emptied.

The boiler body of the Carinci Eco Power has been designed to offer strength, reliability and long-lasting durability, with particular attention to material quality, insulation and heat exchange efficiency.

The structure is made of 5 mm thick pickled carbon steel sheet and is insulated with insulating material to limit heat loss.

The flue gas passages have a distinctive cylindrical shape and are internally fitted with steel spring turbulators, designed to promote heat exchange and improve heat transfer to the system water.

The boiler also integrates a heat exchanger for domestic hot water production and a heat exchanger dedicated to dissipating residual heat.

Double insulated door

The Eco Power is equipped with two insulated doors: one provides access to the combustion chamber, while the second serves as external protection and further helps reduce heat loss.

All the necessary connections for linking to the heating system and domestic hot water system are also provided.

Bottom pellet feeding

One of the distinctive features of the Eco Power is the innovative Carinci Pellet Kit with bottom feed, designed to ensure reliable and particularly quiet operation.

The system uses a corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy monobloc, machined by CNC milling to achieve precise alignment of the various components.

The Pellet Kit consists of:

• motor with anti-jamming system
• two stainless steel augers
• double drive chain
• components and accessories for fastening

The two augers dedicated to transporting the fuel are kept perfectly aligned by the specific fastening system.

They are also equipped with high-temperature-resistant spherical bearings, designed to ensure smooth and quiet rotation.

The bottom-feed system therefore allows the pellet transport to be managed steadily, contributing to continuous combustion and the boiler’s overall efficiency.
