Applications

Thermofix offers excellent adhesion to fibrous products, metals, refractory materials, and all types of construction materials. It can therefore be used for:

– bond braids (glass fibre, ceramic fibre, Biotex fibre, etc.)

– bond refractory products to metal parts exposed to high temperatures

– join sheets, sleeves, or other refractory materials

– assemble refractory bricks in furnaces and heating systems

User guide

1. The surface must be clean and free of dust.
2. Apply Thermofix to the parts to be assembled (on insulating materials, the cream must be applied using a spatula).
3. Position the parts to be joined and apply pressure for a few seconds
4. Leave to dry for approximately 48 hours at room temperature. Gradually bring it to temperature without placing it in direct contact with the flame. The material can be washed with water.
